[L635] Need help turning off narrator?

Not really sure this time but last time I tried the narrator was a mess, makes my phone unusable. Simple soft reset may help if not try hard reset. Hope it helps. Good luck. Cheers.

if you are using the Windows phone 8.1 , then goto settings/ease of access and disable the narrator option there.
