L650 said to have SD 210?... Keep 640?

I think I want to point out that the point of phones in this lower part of the lineup is to be "good enough."

So I'm thinking it's best to not pass down judgement quite yet because although it may not be "faster" it may perform "good enough" just like how the other 400 phones perform "good enough" despite the existence of fancier chips like Apple's A9 or the Snapdragon 600 or 800 series. Could've just decided that the monotony of plastic slabs needs to be broken up or that a premium build needn't cost the earth. (like how the 620 and 520 showed that a nice display and "good enough" performance and features needn't cost the earth respectively.)

Sorry, what? Please define what makes the 640 "for the business market" and what "functionality for business communications in the enterprise" it has over other WP devices.

Whoa, big mistake on my part, I meant the 650.

I'm not sure that anyone can legitimately answer this question until the phone has been released. It might surprise, or it might be exactly what many seem to think it's going to be.
