[L820] Ringtone not playing completely ?

In my Lumia 820 , when i receive a call , ringtone not playing completely, it is playing some part of the ringtone and continuing with caller name with voice.

i'm in dev preview 8.1. with cyan update

i did not see this issue in windows8.
