Latest build, disk use at 100%?

It seems the culprit is "system and compressed memory". I noticed it goes back down to normal if I stop "Superfetch". This just started last night. Any way to keep it normal?
(The only new thing besides the build is a CSR Bluetooth dongle added.) Thank you!

Also, my disc drive shows that it is writing/reading something, but no cd in tray..
