Latest Outlook Update issues? 17.6568.16902.0

This update appears to just make my device (Lumia 950XL) spin and spin when trying to Sync.

I've reset my device without restoring from a backup.
Tried several different network connections.
I have access on my machine and through OWA to my o365 account and my Outlook.com account.

Is anyone else seeing this behavior? I just reset my device, so I'm not averse to doing it again. If no one else is having the issue, I may just cancel the update after another restore.
 
Update:
Clearly not the latest version of Outlook, as it's not even working when setting up the device new and blocking the Outlook/Calendar update. I'm running the latest insider preview, and the issue started at like 5 last night, is anyone else having similar?!
 
Nevermind, resolved my issue. Our Exchange administrator decided to expire licenses for no apparent reason.
