No, camera use is due WP8.1 OS version missing proper Samsung firmware.
ETL CSC if i am correct is a Czech CSC, so this 2424.14.6.1 is a small region update.

Dude, i know reorganizing your start screen is a pain in the but, but, it's a small prize to pay if you get GDR3. Anyway, here is what i did when i got the GDR3: I made screenshots of my full app list and full start screen. So that way i will know whcih apps i have downloaded and how i organized my start screen. BUT i am pretty much sure that you might get 90% of the apps you had install but i am 100% sure that by trying to set your start screen like it was before that you won't make it the same, cuz due to that process, new ideas of reorganizing will come to your mind.

Whatever you bought you can get it back via this website.
But I am not sure if it is only for microsoft accounts

Danijel, have you see the links I post few comments above? Maybe you can find answers for this problem there. I haven't read them till the end, but i guess some guys seems to help them. I think this problem was due to bad packaging of the update you are trying to install. Hope you find a solution soon about the problem and share it with us

I have ATO CSC in my phone but I don't want to mess things up. I don't want to lose time reorganising my start screen and set the phone again.

Some bad experience from my previous android life...

As soon as I get home, I connect to my wifi and uninstall some heavy apps to see if my phone is updating. If not, I'll wait patiently...

I have done what Maki01 has advised and followed Antonio Carretas's explanation.
I didn't upgrade to dp 8.1 just like him.
My OS version is 8.0.10532.166 and my firmware version is 2424.13.10.1
Could someone tell me which is the latest firmware available?
I noticed that the radio isn't activated. The radio version is 2424.13.9.1

maybe you have a temporary problem with your store, but when you buy some apps (like navigon) is always link with your mail account, so it's not true that you will pay again for them.

What do you mean by radio?

If you mean FM radio it is not supported on the Ativ.

If I remember well, the radio should be activated with GDR3, but I might be wrong...
Regarding the radio version (I don't know what it means) mine is 2424.13.9.1, I attach my screenshot for you to understand what I mean.
