live tile for photos show deleted photos

on my 950xl with .242 I take a photo, I delete that photo, I go to file explorer and browse to camera roll, photo is still there ???

and live tile shows photos that have been deleted long time ago. ???

Same here really. Must be a feature to keep us entertained for longer. Really messes up Drive as well as even if you delete photo straight away it manages to upload to all devices...

The Windows 10 Mobile Photo App can't delete Photos (even if it says "Delete", all photos are still on your Mobile).

I can confirm the same behaviour on my device running 10586.242. Only way to delete is from file explorer (if it doesn't crash) or from pc
