Live tiles no longer update

Ever since this morning, my live tiles haven't been updating on my 920, like wpcentral, battery level, etc. Just this morning though for some reason. I've been on the newest version of the developer GDR3 for some time now.

Also, my sister has the same issue, but started to have it after she installed the GDR3/Black update on her 1020.

I'm not sure what's going on. We've tried soft resets, and it isn't working. Any suggestions?

I got the developer GDR3 update too, but my live tiles are still working. Have you checked those apps may run in the background?

Yes, they are enabled.

Some people have battery saver on, the whole time. Do you have? Because that can be a cause too..

No, it isn't.

I'm 100% sure I'm on the latest developer preview and she's on the latest AT&T/Nokia/Microsoft update.

I had a similar problem few days ago...I guess something to do with windows ...now its back to normal....sometimes still the weather app doent refresh till I manually do it.

Mine have stopped updating too (but I'm on a 925 and still GDR2). Don't know if its related, but it is annoying.

I had this issue with my 920 months ago. For weeks, the tiles stopped updating properly. I eventually factory reset the phone to solve my problem.

My 920 stopped auto-updating a year ago. I have to manually enter each associated app to force a change. Sad to hear that GDR3 does not resolve the issue.

have you tried shutting the phone down then turning it back on? when i had that problem thats what i did and i havent had any problems for some months now

I've had my L920 since they first came out November 2012. The live tiles have always been finicky. Sometimes they work, sometime they don't. I use all the recommended techniques. It's a real nuisance.
