It can happen easily now that the keyboard loves to auto-close on people.

But with a bigger phone this can be an issue when handling the phone with one hand.

A lot of devices either place the back button too close to the bottom of the screen, or at the edge of the phone which can make it easier to hit it by mistake.

My next phone will not have any capacitive buttons on it.

This isn't an issue specific to WP7. Android devices have this issue as well. Sometimes those capacitive buttons trigger before your finger even touches the phone because of how sensitive they are.

I have a Focus and I wish I didn't have capacitive buttons....it's too bad that all platforms are going to capacitive because they are more sleek and futuristic (even if less practical).
