Lock/power button ussue

My 925 keeps locking the screen on its own, I'm not sure if it's hardware or software issue. I did hard reset my phone but the issue still exist. Sometimes the power button never responds and so many times it locks the phone without even touching it. Anybody had something like that? Or knows how to fix that?

Have you checked SETTINGS >> LOCK SCREEN ?
