Long time to power up

Once in a while it would take a long time (about 10 sec) for the phone to power up after pressing the power button. The screen sometimes would be dimmed. Any idea? Restart usually helps. Just a fact that everything is getting fixed after restart only makes me sick.

Do you have the app dynamic theme installed? It happens to me too...check another thread below talking about the same problem to see if it fits with your problem.
