Loss of focused inbox?

I had notifications within the mail and calendar app on both my W10 phone and W10 tablet this morning saying "We've made a change that requires you to remove and re-add your outlook.com account to continue syncing mail and calendar." When I did this on my tablet, it was painless enough, but now I notice I no longer have Focused and Other tabs - no choice in settings to turn it on. (Haven't done the procedure on the phone yet.) Any one seen this? I liked the focus mailbox!!
 
I have the same problem on my phone. It was easy to fix on the phone. Outlook is doing something similar. I have not had time to fix it. Any ideas what is happening?
 
Well, a day later and the Mail app added back the focused inbox to the outlook account, so all is good!
