Lost Data Connection after soft reset

Hi guys,
My wife's 920 just rebooted and froze so I told her to do a soft reset by holding down the Volume Down and power button ....it rebooted her phone but now she has no DATA connection ...she can't connect to the internet or check email

She went to settings, Cellular and check that DATA was on ....anybody have suggestions or ran into this problem?

maybe pop out the sim quickly and put it back in?

This happened when I did a hard reset. I just turned the data connection off and back on and it started working. Maybe try that?

yup that worked...I thought of that as soon I hit submit on the thread and it worked for my wife
