I recently updated my Lumia 650 Dual Sim to the insider program and managed to lose the voicemail play/delete tab. I've tried every combination of insider builds, restore from backup, fresh reset, and full reset via device recovery tool, but nothing seems to bring the voicemail tab back. The tab was working fine when I first got the phone. Sims are ATT and Cricket

Any suggestions on how to get it back?

I got it working... For anyone else with this problem, just dial into your voice mail and WP should then prompt you to setup VVM. I didn't see the tab and just assumed it was broken. If you don't get prompted right away after dialing in, try closing out the phone app, (back arrow, X), and then relaunch.

I purchased the 650 couple months ago and have not had visual voicemail since, AT&T has been no help, I call into voicemail and no prompt pops up. I am on latest Insider fast ring build 14383. Last trip to the store they removed enhanced voicemail and then re-added it. No Luck
Have 2 AT&T sims installed, any suggestions? In your AT&T account is enhanced voicemail the service you use? Thanks

It may be the dual SIM that is tripping it up.

Have you tried enabling it with just one SIM in?

Tried one sim, no luck, called AT&T and they can't even find the 650 under their devices.
On my phone numbers they have the option for enhanced voice mail only, no option to enable visual voice mail.

One more detail to add is ATT needs to have your IMEI added to their account before VVM will work. The ATT guy said it didn't matter and that you just need to make sure they have any Windows IMEI on your account, (not an Android or iPhone one), but this was wrong. Before they had my IMEI on the account, everything else seemed to work fine, (calls, 4g, texts, etc), but VVM wouldn't setup. I probably tried it a dozen times. I then went to the ATT store and had them add the IMEI. The guy said he'd do it "even though it doesn't matter". Sure enough, the VVM setup fine about 5 minutes after he entered it.

For my second line on Cricket, I was able to have them update it via an online chat session.

Also, to lookup your IMEI, dial *#060# from phone tile 1 and then again from tile 2 to see the IMEI for each line. The "About" menu will only show you the IMEI for line 1

I stopped down to local store and the gal told me the phone would not work if the IMEI wasn't in their system, she installed a fake IMEI and then re-entered the correct EMEI, rebooted phone, still no VVM option.
