Lost Voice Mail Link after Update

I recently updated my dual sim 650 to the insider release build - 10586. After the update, I've lost the 4th tab where you can click on a voice mail to play it. I can dial in fine and get VMs that way, but its a pain. Any advice on how to get the direct link back? Sims are ATT and Cricket and both are now missing this option

an app updates pending in store? And check for OS updates too - 10586 isn't insider version as that's the official release
