Cortana is awesome.

-remind me to get club soda next time I'm at Zehr's
-remind me to bring the phone charger inside when I get home
-remind me to submit my expenses when I get to work

It's one of the best features incorporated into Cortana. Another great thing are the people reminders cuz my mom and dad get very angry if I forget to tell them certain things. (I'ma college kid btw, so!) Cortana really helps me out a lot. But she definitely needs some polishing and singer more features (related to her handling on system apps).

Absolutely yes. My WP 8 is new to me this month, and as soon as I got it, I did the 8.1 update. Earlier this week as I was about to leave work, I pulled out my Lumia 925 to show off Cortana to a co-worker. As soon as I opened Cortana, she popped up a map with a pin for my location, and asked "Is this your home?" I replied no, and then she asked if it was my work, and I replied yes. Later that day, she did the same thing when I opened her. Completely unprompted, Cortana learned two useful things about me! How cool is that?
