Low storage problem on Win10TP mobile!

Okay, so the problem is really very weird...On every start up I get either of two messages:
1) Scan and fix errors of the memory card
2) Low storage space

The first problem is somewhat usual for me. The memory card is Samsung Class 10 EVO 32GB.

The second problem is really getting on my nerves.

I've got Lumia 730 and the internal storage is of 8 gigs. Out of this 8 gigs 1.40 GB is occupied by the apps which I can't install on SD card. 250MB is occupied by the maps.
Last week I saw that something around 5.5GB of space was occupied by the system and since then the phone was throwing the message of low storage. Since then I've been having this problem. Now the free space left is only 1004KB and phone has almost become unresponsive. Around 6.45GB of the space is now occupied by the system. None of the apps are opening...simply black screen and the settings take a long time to open..
I've got the latest build of win10 mobile (3rd build if I'm not wrong)

Anyone else having the same problem?? Is there any solution to this??

I did not see this problem in earlier posts.
Do a soft reset.
Check your SD card on errors in PC. (But safely remove the SD card from your phone).
Open storage sense and delete temporary files.

See what happens.

Maybe a hard reset is needed to solve this problem.

Re: Low storage problem on Win10TP mobile!

147 MB of temporary files which are not getting deleted. Moreover I tried deleting the maps but its taking forever to delete the maps. While deleting the maps I tried switching back to storage sense and the phone rebooted. I've observed that the phone takes around 3-4 minutes to start. So soft reset also failed.

Then I would suggest a hard reset but be sure the battery is charged and the phone is on the charger to prevent getting a flat battery.
And during the hard reset, even if it takes a lot of time, don't push buttons because this may interfere with the reset.

I had to hard reset the phone using key combinations because nothing other than storage sense was opening (yeah, not even settings).
Thanks a lot :)

Re: Low storage problem on Win10TP mobile!

Got this yesterday and It turns out, my camera is storing video on the phone and not sd card. I moved them to the sd card to recover pace, but can't seem to get camera to write straight to the card.. Not sure what's going on there.
