Low volume for alarm

Hello,
Lately my alarms have been very quiet, even thought I have them up to 8/10.
They used to sound louder... Or I'm going deaf. I don't want to sleep through my alarms. Thoughts?

It's not just you. For some reason, MS decided to make the alarms increase in volume gradually by starting low and then becoming loud.
