Well, ok.

Assuming you want help, try a soft reset first. (hold power + volume down until vibrate) If that doesn't help, a hard reset (erases your phone) will fix a lot more. (settings > about > reset my phone)
However make sure stuff is backed up.

Tried but no luck. Windows phone 8.1 messed up my Lumia 520 &degraded its performance too.

you did try a hard reset, correct?
Perhaps you could turn off Cortana, hmm... it should still be reasonably usable.

hello, window i bought my windows lumia 520 last 3 years, year of 2012, now im facing this issue"no service" it can detect sim card that activated but steel no signal, i tried to reset, and configure flight mode, but steel there's no diffrence no services, "no found network", what kind of issue is this? is this on the board??
