Lumia 1020 can't push notification after lumia black updated

I have a lumia 1020, before i update lumia black, it pushs notifications well but then, after i update Black, the 1020 cant push any notifications from facebook app and other social app and the livetile doesn't work too, who can help me to fix it?

Perhaps you do not have the latest app updates. You could install SysApp Pusher to get those updates or wait a day or two.

i'm using the latest version, but it still doesn't work
