Lumia 1020 unable to factory restore, what can I do?

Lumia 1020 Unable to factory restore

Well here is the scenario:

-- I've installed Windows 10 for Phone in my Lumia 1020 through Insider App.
-- then I wanted to factory restore my phone so I did that through below method:
** press and hold volume down and power key together until phone vibrates**
**then pressing in sequence (Volume Up + Volume Down + Power + Volume Down) keys**

and then somehow battery drained while restoring OS..
Now, When I turn on the phone it starts restoring OS but in the middle of process it shows *cry smiley* :-( and phone restarts.

Is there any solution to this?

Yes, you'll need to use the Windows Device Recovery Tool to restore the os. This will reinstall wp8.1 though.

tried that already.. it's not detecting my phone at all..
actually here the scenario is that, phone is not going to "Exclamatory Sign Mode" may be due to corruption in OS installation.

Try using nokia software updater 4.3.2 to restore your phone to windows phone 8. And if you do a hard reset, do it while it is charging so the process doesn't get corrupted due to flat battery
