lumia 1020 WIFI

I have Nokia Lumia 1020 Firmware RM877..I have a problem in connect to Wi-Fi..the message appeare while trying to connect is your phone can't connect to the wifi network (Network name)..the problem apears for any wifi network..I asked Nokia support in placeand they told me this is Hardware problem.they only factory reset device..I think the problem in software not hardware becuase device discover all networks...can any one help me with a solution please...:unhappysweat:

There are two things that are strange in what happened:
1. Since Nokia Support said that it is a hardware problem, they should know that performing a factory reset will not solve the problem.
2. Now that they did a factory reset, all software-related problems should have been fixed. Since the issue is still there, they're most probably right that it must be a hardware-related problem - the only solution to which is to have that part replaced.

I have had a similar issue every now and then, but a restart always fixes the issue for me...

I'm not expert in Windows Phone...but I said Lumia discovered Wi-Fi networks and can check security for any network..I'm asking if can I have a tool to complete rest device not sofreset bust firmware and os

Did you try going to manage WiFi , then long press the connection and select forget it, then softreset then go back jn and select your WiFi then put in password , I have to do this quite often with w10preview

Try using the Windows Device Recovery Tool - that will reset your phone to the latest official available OS for your device. Make sure to read all the details in the page (in the underlined link) before doing it.
