Lumia 1030/McLaren images surface

One of the places I saw a picture was a clear shot of the back, I tried to scan the QR code....no joy.

Used Bing and a QR reader, it's like it can't even see it.

My guess is that this QR code takes you to proto.nokia.com and copy the IMEI number of this phone into the text field.

By the way, this IMEI (004402478791225) is actually VALID. 004402478791224 or 004402478791226 aren't for instance.
I believe that tells us this leak is legit. At the very least, this device has been manufactured by Nokia/Microsoft mobile at some point.

The size of the lens isn't the same. That photo is probably of the prototype shell of what became the Nokia 830.
As for these leaks above...I don't know. It may be an old prototype. Honestly...I couldn't care less.

I almost wonder if the bottom portion will remain plastic for antenna reception purposes, of course granted the entire body as we are seeing it is aluminum. Part of me was theorizing that and thought it would be interesting to see that part essentially become where the color options are for this phone. Sort of like accent colors this time.

Didn't the 8xt/8s have a similar two toned design? It made it look kind cool so I would love this design on better hardware such as a Lumia.

Bezel is too thick. They need to put out a phone with really thin bezels that allow the screen to take up as much real estate as possible.

Stunning, but concept only, surely. The sides are flat, which I usually find uncomfortable in a phone. I played with the 930 and much prefered the sides of my 920. Although, aside from that, the 930 is a good looker.

That picture was around for the 1020 I thought. EOS was the rumour before 1020 became the official name.
