Lumia 1520 broken

My Lumia 1520's camera doesn't work. I tried factory reset the phone, factory reset and the camera still can not work. It just show black screen in NOKIA Camera and whatever apps use the camera. Any one have the similar problem?

Updates: Now the phone can not power on. Virbration every 1 seconds when press any key or plugin the charging cable.

Update 2: The phone is total dead. No response to anything. Ask for a replacement.

Contact Nokia, its still under warranty if the 1520 does not have any physical damage caused by you.

Yep. Send them for replacement. Seems I'm the only one have this kind of issue.

I got my Lumia 1520 on 3/25/2014. Late afternoon of the next day I went to scan a QR code and couldn't. The camera applications no longer worked. The camera stopped working after updating the OS, firmware and all installed applications. The behavior experienced depends on the camera app. When using the default built-in camera app to the behavior brings up a non-responsive camera interface with the UI disabled and when using Nokia's camera app a black fuzzy displays. The "reset" option in the camera settings is none-responsive. Neither soft or hard resets do anything. I have systematically tried every setting variant with no luck. The camera worked until I installed the Lumia Black firmware update.

By hard reset, do you mean you actually fully erased the phone back to factory stock and it's still misbehaving?

If so a flash might help...but it's doubtful. It's likely a faulty camera module that just reared it's ugly head during the update. I've seen stranger coincidences happen.

By "hard reset" I meant I used Nokia's Software Recovery Tool. I suspect it is a hardware issue, because the flash isn't lighting up when running a diagnostic test.

Ok so you already flashed the device again then. Hmm...if a flash doesn't do it, then it is time to file a warranty claim.
