Lumia 1520, camera doesn't work.

Hello everyone. A couple of days ago, my I tried to open my camera and it just get black. I tried opening every app that use the camera but all of then just get black. 2 hours later the camera came back to normally. It have happened 3 times this week. What could be the problem?

Hi, same thing happened on my L1520 to me twice last week. I just restarted my phone and it came back to normal. I am running WP 8.1 DP with all the updates.

No. I have the black update, 8.0. I reset the device, take out the SD card I format it and it keep doing it. I just let the phone rest a couple of minutes and the app open, if I take a pic it show saving and do nothing, later it don't work again. I am freaking out

I'm thinking the camera isn't attached well to the board if it isn't software.

Mine was fixed at NCC for free. They replaced the whole camera module.

Bring yours to NCC. They'll fix it for you for free if your warranty is still active.
