Lumia 520 after updating phone today unable to show on desktop

I am not sure what is going on?? After updating my Lumia 520 - I cannot perform Internet sharing or even show the phone on Windows 7 64 sp1 desktop. I was for the past 1 year and now unable totally!!!. Good thing iPhone Sept 9 is coming. I am so sick of this. The Music and Video player now is so sluggish and even makes a clicking sound when moving forward or backward slider.. when watching a movie. That is bad Quality Control
