Lumia 520 : Airplane mode not switching off.

WPCentral Question

My Lumia 520 is not switching off from the airplane mode. I tried soft and hard reset but no success. Moreover IMEI field in about section is also blank. Please suggest what to do.

Could be a bad radio assuming that you have tried restoring the device successfully. I'd suggest going through your warranty if possible.
