Lumia 520 images on sd card

I put my memory card from my old phone into my lumia 520 and all my pictures on my memory card are blurry. Can't find anything on google to do with this problem, also when I take a new photo it saves twice. Please help!!

did u format the card from inside the phone???(assuming u have copied all ur photos to ur computer from old phone)

I don't understand. I never copied my pictures to my computer, I just put my memory card right into my new phone.
