Lumia 525 Display Setting Problem!

As i am using Developer Preview on my L525 and cortana by changing the region,as i changed back my region to India and disabled cortana,i noticed that in settings menu,display option is not opening.It shows 'loading' and revert backs to settings menu,i am unable to configure my display setting..Moreover Nokia Camera App also stopped working,but i reinstalled it from store so its working again,but for Display setting ,its the same scenario.Please help.

I had same problem with Lumia 1020 when I switched my region. It was with Nokia camera. Reinstalling worked. I know that there is a way to reinstall system apps too. It has something to do with time and date, but I'm not sure. You could uninstall display app that way and than install it again.

not working after doing restart and reset too.

but display is a part of system setting,and it says you don't need to uninstall it,and there is no option to remove display setting

Go to settings, then date + time.
Change the year to 2106 or later.
Press back and click on display.
A message pops up about a problem with the app. Click uninstall.
