Lumia 535 stuck in 0%

I've tried download the software update 14393.1358 but stuck in 0%, and all apps update can't be download as well. Soft reset doesn't resolve, what should i do?

everything has changed since w10m released, also this forum

w10m 10.0.14393.1358 stuck on download 0%, all apps doesn't work, hard reset doesn't resolve.. please if you guys have solution, tell me
