Lumia 620 Case problem

Hi I've got my phone since December and this week I noticed that my case wasn't fitting in the phone I also read another thread and is not working for me. Also the headphone jack isn't working good ! I noticed that if I push my screen headphone work but u need to keep the finger there,,, What to do ?

Does your battery swollen?

Yes it is my original case...

And my battery isnt swollen

is there something inside the case or phone that might be blocking it, or maybe something (maybe a piece of case) is broken?
which side is not fit?

No its not anything just the case stays a little bit pushed and if i push the screen the case fits normally and i can hear with earphones
