Lumia 620 does not update to Amber update (Jordan)

I am living in Jordan. My Lumia 620 with firmware revision number 1030.5603.1250.0001 does not update to Amber. As per Nokia site I should have it, but it says all the time that my phone is up-to date.
My Lumia 620 is sim free

You should go to settings > phone update then click on "check for updates", sometimes updates don't roll in automatically. You might have to try this a few times. Good luck!
