Lumia 620 not charging after updating to WIN 10

can anyone help me here.. I updated to win 10 preview and i regret it now... coz i got into a strange problem... the phone is not charging while it is on... and when its turned off it shows charging for few seconds and then phone starts itself and then goes off because of battery low....and it continues...

in a nutshell I think win 10 is not recognizing the charger... is it a bug or what... i tried every thing to revert back but not possible as phone is not detected on pc so no way of flashing it..plz help....

Strange problem. It may be a hardware issue. Try to reinstall the w8.1 and see if this problem persists. If not, then its not a hardware issue. Then go on and install windows 10 mobile once again. If the same problem appears again, then the problem is with W10M. Go back to old OS and wait till Microsoft releases official update for L620.
