Lumia 625 on Rogers in Canada - NO DATA

Hi There, I just picked up a Lumia 625 off craigslist, it was locked to Telus and I had it unlocked so I can use my Rogers sim. The cellular voice service works fine but there is no data connection at all. It also will only connect to 3G and not LTE (even when signal is available), but no data connection whatsoever.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I don't want to have to get a new phone, but a Windows phone without data is basically a brick.
