Lumia 640 privacy location settings

After updating to build 10586.63(and hard reset) my privacy settings are only showing cortana and mix radio as apps that can access my location? Before the update it showed all apps that can access location such as twitter, maps, edge...ect. Anybody else noticed this or found a fix?

List will be populated when every app starts the first time

I thought the same so opened maps and other apps and got the pop up requesting access to location but still they didn't show in list.... Hard reset again last nite and there all back now? Thanks anyway
