Lumia 640 xl hard reset problem

I did a hard reset on my lumia 640 xl cuz i want to update it to win 10 and now im stuck in the screen that is instaling my apps i have emergency call and a grey next option that i cant click. and the instalation is taking a bit to long what should i do?

How long has it been since this happened? Just make sure it's charging
