Lumia 710 visual voicemail

I just got a lumia 710 on t-mobile monthly 4g. I am not able to activate visual voicemail even after restarting the phone and toggling the control. Any suggestions ?

You may have to call T-mobile customer care too see if they can add that feature for you.. It doesn't come on the prepaid plans by default..
