Lumia 720 after Black update / Random restarts

I just updated my lumia 720, to Nokia black, and day after it, i saw it receive message , and restart itself . How i can contact nokia about this ? Will see how often will get that.
Also 8bit colors on unlock still remains, had it 1 time after black update.

Try with a soft reset, if nothing change try a hard reset...I had same problema sometimes also with pre Amber and Amber...a soft reset Always solved the problem

I think a hard reset is the way to go, try killing the problem in the bud.

Since backup on Windows phone is a bit crappy I don't see the point of doing an hard reset instead of a soft reset

If your phone is updated to Black, you can download/sync to your Microsoft account using Wifi during startup. AFAIK the only things that are lost are local app data(including games). Some apps sync the data in the cloud so those are safe.(Ex Minion Rush)

Actually non of that helps . Before gdr3 + black i did not have random resterts , now its 1 in about evry day. And i get that 8 bit stuck screen even more often than before. This is bad.

Try flash Amer back and then use OTA to update it again if you still have your Amber firmware file. I'm using NSU to do that.

The random restart issue is not exclusive to the Black update. It has been there since the Portico update. I had the same issue when using Amber. I did a hard reset after updating to Black and haven't faced the issue ever since.
