still can not install. Gives the error "8000ffff"

My L720 Cam Story:

Pre Amber update: One of the best 6.7M cam. Picture quality can even challenge any 8M cam.
Post amber update: One of the worst cam. picture quality is like pics taken in 2M cam.

Anybody knows how to fix this problem. Should I revert to GDR1. or will GDR3 fix this issue.?

I'm fairly sure that you are taking your pics using Nokia Smart Cam. For obvious reasons (lower RAM) the Lumia 720, 620, 520 can only take pics at 1MP in Nokia Smart Cam. However the default camera is unaffected. Also if you have installed Nokia Cam (earlier Po Cam), you need to know this that the pics taken with aspect ratio 16:9 are @5MP and pics taken with aspect ratio 4:3 are @6.7MP.
