Lumia 720 non responding keys

Well, some days ago my phone started acting weird while I was pressing the volume keys, I had to hold the keys to get the action done...

After that, it was only the volume down key which stopped working correctly and it just worked sometimes and sometimes not.

The keys are still pressable and they appear to be physsically undamaged...

What may be wrong with my phone? Thaks a lot for reading.

Do you have a Nokia Care Center near you? I would suggest taking it in for warranty repair/replacement, since that sounds like a hardware problem.

Try to do a soft reset: Hold Volume Down + Power keys for 15 secs. This may not work if your Volume Down key is really buggered, but if it's just a software glitch, this should restart your system and clear it.
