Lumia 720 with Windows 10-10581 has frozen, how can I get it working?

Lumia 720 with Windows 10-10581 freezed.

I have Lumia 720. I have installed Windows 10 build 10581 yesterday,now my phone got freezed and it is not responding to "Windows Device Recovery tool" also i cannot soft/hard reset as my volume down key doesnt work.
Can any one help??
