Lumia 820 Cyan update missing features

I have just updated to cyan and I don't have the Brightness Slider or always on equalizer how would I go about getting those 2 features lol I know it can't be Hardware Dependent for reference I have an ATT US Cyan 820

You're not missing anything, these features were only delivered to handsets running newer chips. BT 4.0 LE is the only feature that was enabled (actually reenabled) by cyan for older handsets.

oh well crap I figured a brightness slider at least lol well thanks I remember seeing an article about these things and was wondering now I know
