Lumia 820 dust under screen and display problems hardware or software reason ?

Is the second time when the display show this lines and colors, I watched 1 video on internet explorer browser via youtube and the screen turn off and when i power up it show me this lines and pixels... to "repair" the problem i was needed to remove the battery and now is fine.
Warranty will replace the phone for dust under screen and this second problem with display?

It might replace it for the dust, depending I guess.

That display thing might just be a once-in-a-while mess up on the phone's part, so i wouldn't think much of it unless it becomes a frequent occurrence. I think it'll be more likely to be something that's fixable via warranty then.

Over its almost-two-years in service, my 920 has had the rare serious crash like that or whatnot every so often, but its still working OK.

That happened to mine before as well but only once. It triggered for me when I was watching a youtube video in landscape and then rotated the phone to portrait.

the guy from office said that is a hardware issue, and now i need to wait 15 days for service inspection. I will inform you guys if they replaced my phone or not.
