My nokia lumia 822 after recent update it fails to boot.It either shows sad face or lightning symbol & cog wheel. Tried to flash with NCS 2013.13.4 with right package & path,but ends up with error as below,
DTL Connection: Could not connect to media. DTL Back-End error code = 0x8400A403. DTL Back-End: Driver initialization failed. DCM status code = 0x84004415, Common USB DCM: No device found from the target USB port, last error code = 0x80100010. .
I have installed winusbX86.But no clue why I am getting the same error after trying so many times!. When phone display show cog wheel & lightning symbol,my pc (windows 7 professional) detects as QUALCOMM MSM device !.
Please help to resolve the issue...
