Lumia 822 stuck on Verizon boot screen

I was just taking a screenshot with my 822 and it froze, the rebooted. It's now suck on the Verizon boot logo screen and has been there for 20 minutes. I pulled the battery but the same thing happened when it started back up. Anyone have any ideas?

never mind - got it back up. Soft reset didn't work the first time but did the second time around

I have the same issue.....tried to pull out the batter and the sim card...no luck
