Yeah but the don't know when you switch the aim from a feature phone to a smart phone. PLUS they have data plans for smartphones.

Does anyone know if you can really get away with this? And what are the data speeds?
do we have to get the phone unlocked?Have my lumia, have data and phone working on straight talk, can't get MMS to work because there is no settings for mms on windows phone. From what I read I need an app called network setup from nokia which has been pulled from marketplace. Hopefully I can resolve this soon, no idea why its pulled.
