lumia 920 infinite vibration and gets very hot suddenly

sometime the phone start vibrating and gets very hot .. it wont go and back to normal until i do 2-3 restarts

i'm afraid this thing is going to explode in my hands ..

I won't/can't explode, but i would contact Nokia if i where you..

For now:

What OS version are you running?
When did you buy it?
Did i ever got damaged? [ex: water]
When does this occur [when you start a certain app?]

Is it vibrating like the vibrator motor is running?

yes but continuously without stopping ..

and this happen most of time when i'm having problem with wifi ..

That is odd do you have any apps running like whatsapp or viber as well?

Also when you say problems with wi fi do you mean it does not connect to any wi fi network or just your own router?

Sounds dodgy, would do a full reset of the phone Settings > About > Reset my phone. You'll lose all your data/settings of course, but I'd be afraid of burning out the motor or other sort of phone circuitry if the intended duty cycle of the motor is being exceeded - put it this way its not gonna do it any good.
