Lumia 920 kinda slow.

Hello folks. I've been using my phone since its purchase in September 2013. It is a German T-Mobile (Telekom), and it feels a little slower than it was before.

There are delays in some of the transitions, Cortana is not so fast as I can see in some videos, and framerate drops dramatically when using Here Maps, compared to a Lumia 820.

I feel this from before I updated to 8.1 Preview. Maybe a flash to a stock rom (not Telekom's) can help?

Try a hard reset and PREFER NOT TO RESTORE BACKUP. It really helps with problems concerning lag. Believe me!

And do I need to do this with any frequency? Does the lag problems disappear for good?

They go forever. Also not using Cortana's live tile helps.
