Lumia 920 not getting 8.1

HI,

Happy owner of a Lumia 920. Bought online a second hand lumia 920 from United States (AT&T).
Unlocked the phone by a number key.

In my country Orange which is my cellphone company already got the update to my model, but I cant upgrade my phone. There is no update availible.

AT&T has not pushed the update to the 920 and 820 (not counting non Lumia's)
