Lumia 920 using wifi when 4G is on?

A friend of mine just bought an iphone 5s, and she was telling me the feature of the ip5s to automatically use available wifi as connecting method even when 4G is on.
That sounds like a pretty useful feature! No need to switch 4G on and off all the time!

I am just wondering if such feature is available in our 920? I have never tried using wifi with 4G on, since I am on the poor 300MB plan from AT&T...

If you are connected to WiFi it will use that and not 4G automatically :wink:

The 920 does this automatically...just leave your WiFi on and the device will always use that when connected instead of your mobile data.

Thanks for all your replies! Glad to know that we have this by default! And yes... I still don't dare to leave my 4G on due to the 300MB capacity
